What Your Child Will Learn

3-4 Years Old – Superior Mini (MON & WED, 4:15pm-4:45pm)

Play-based introduction to Jiu Jitsu! Kids will develop motor skills, confidence, and discipline through fun games and movement activities. This class also helps children learn how to behave in a group setting and prepares them to smoothly join any other team or group sport.

 

5-9 Years Old – Superior Kids (MON, WED & FRI, 5pm-6pm)

A fun and safe Jiu Jitsu program designed to empower kids through exciting games and skill-building activities. Children will develop confidence, discipline, and focus while learning fundamental Jiu Jitsu techniques. This class also encourages teamwork, helps kids adapt to group settings, and builds a strong foundation to succeed in Jiu Jitsu or any other group sport.

 

10-14 Years Old – Superior Juniors (TUE, THU & FRI, 5pm-6pm)

An engaging Jiu Jitsu program designed for pre-teens and teens to build confidence, discipline, and resilience. Students will refine their coordination and physical skills while practicing effective Jiu Jitsu techniques. This class also fosters teamwork, respect, and leadership—skills that prepare teens to thrive both on the mats and in any group or team environment.
